- The RSGC Construction Management Committee. The CMC next meets on April 13, 7PM at the See House, 120 Howland Avenue. The meetings are open to community members to attend and deal with complaints. Give prior notice if possible to a community member of the Construction Management Committee. Note that Jim Jacobs, third name down, is the committee chair:

For complaints about student, parent or construction crew parking infractions:
- Toronto Police Service Parking Enforcement: 416-808-2222, 3, 1.
Begin the complaint with a brief statement of the problem, such as “I live in an area that requires a permit to park before 10a.m.” Leave your name, address, and if available, the licence number of the car in question.

Noisy, dusty outdoor construction on Saturday, August 18, 2007 | Construction management guidelines mandated by the OMB–which forbid outside construction on weekend and require dust control–were largely ignored by RSGC during Phase I of their construction. Phase II: the underground garage starts in June, 2011, after classes end for the year.
